1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 777cx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Member," "you") and 777cx ("the Platform," "we," "us") in connection with your use of the website, mobile platform and all associated services operated under the 777cx brand at 777cx.run.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on 777cx, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. You also confirm that you accept our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777cx.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 777cx including sports betting, football betting, poker, slots, jackpot slots and any promotional features or bonus programmes. If any individual product carries its own additional terms, those apply alongside these general Terms and in the event of a conflict, the product-specific terms take precedence for that product.

2Eligibility

To register and use 777cx you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777cx operates a strict minimum age policy and may request proof of age at any point. If you cannot confirm you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended until verification is complete.
• You must be physically located in Pakistan or be a Pakistani national accessing the platform. 777cx is designed and intended for the Pakistan market.
• You must be registering and using the platform entirely for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party, business or organisation.
• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from entering into binding agreements or engaging in gambling or wagering activities.
• You must not already hold an active 777cx account. Each person is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be voided.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor or immediate family member of a 777cx employee or contractor. Employees and their immediate family are not permitted to hold member accounts.

777cx reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to national ID card (CNIC), passport or utility bill for address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3Account Registration

Registering a 777cx account is free and takes under two minutes. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them if they change.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777cx account. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact 777cx support immediately at support@777cx.run.

• One account per person, household and device. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers or email addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information is mandatory. Providing false name, date of birth, mobile number or payment details during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Account security is your responsibility. 777cx will never ask you to share your password. Do not disclose your password to any person, including anyone claiming to represent 777cx support.
• Inactive accounts. Accounts that have not been logged into for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 777cx may charge a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 on inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the available balance if any.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 777cx are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 777cx, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

777cx accepts the following payment methods for deposits from Pakistani members:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer to a designated Pakistani bank account
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are credited to your 777cx wallet instantly or within a few minutes for all supported methods. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance after 30 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number.

777cx does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank before depositing if you are unsure. Only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be refunded and the transaction flagged for review.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available 777cx balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified Pakistani payment method registered in your name.

777cx targets the following withdrawal processing times:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Within 30 minutes of request approval during operational hours
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Within 1–2 hours of request approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no fee charged by 777cx for withdrawals. Your payment provider's standard receiving terms may apply.

Before processing a withdrawal, 777cx may conduct standard identity verification checks in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion in such cases. This is a standard process and does not indicate any issue with your account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

777cx offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, free bets, accumulator boosts, reload bonuses and referral rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions which are published on the Promotions page. These general Terms apply alongside all promotion-specific terms.

The following principles apply to all 777cx bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 of qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any time. Activating a new bonus while another is in progress will not be permitted until the active bonus is completed or forfeited.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games or betting markets may contribute less. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from activation depending on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• Misuse of bonuses: Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including using multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage strategies, placing bets on all outcomes of an event or any other manipulation — will result in bonus voiding and may result in account suspension.
• Free Bets: Free bet tokens are void if the maximum stake is exceeded and winnings from free bets do not include the original token value. A Rs 1,000 free bet that wins at odds of 2.0 returns Rs 1,000 in withdrawable cash, not Rs 2,000.

777cx reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for entertainment purposes and their terms are designed to be fair and transparent. If you have a query about any bonus term, contact support before activating the promotion.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777cx are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection for all sports markets.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation screen and the bet appears in your My Bets history. Do not assume a bet is placed until this confirmation is received.
• Odds changes: Odds shown at the time of bet placement are the odds used for settlement unless the bet is placed during an obvious pricing error (see below). In-play odds are accepted only when the bet is confirmed before the relevant market is suspended.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided by 777cx if the event is abandoned or postponed for more than 36 hours, if an obvious pricing error occurred, if the bet was placed on a suspended market, or if the event did not take place as scheduled. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
• Pricing errors: If 777cx erroneously publishes odds that are clearly incorrect — for example, odds of 100.0 on a near-certain outcome — we reserve the right to void affected bets at the incorrect price and settle them at the correct market price, or to void the bet entirely and return the stake. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any such correction.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum winnings per bet are capped at Rs 5,000,000 per member per day across all sports markets. This applies to single bets and accumulator winnings combined.
• Accumulator rules: An accumulator bet contains two or more selections. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. An accumulator reduced to a single selection by voids becomes a single bet at the remaining odds.

8Casino & Games

The casino and games section of 777cx includes slots, jackpot slots and poker, provided by certified third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming and others. All games use independently certified random number generators (RNG) and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panel.

• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per spin or hand across casino games.
• Game availability: Not all games are available at all times. 777cx may remove or restrict access to specific games for maintenance, licensing or other reasons without prior notice.
• Jackpot games: Progressive and must-drop jackpots operate under the terms set by the game provider. Jackpot amounts shown are live estimates. 777cx cannot guarantee jackpot values shown at the time of play will match the final awarded amount in the case of simultaneous jackpot triggers across multiple platforms.
• Disconnection policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed on the server and the result will be recorded. Your balance will be updated with the result when you reconnect. 777cx is not responsible for disconnection losses caused by your own internet connection.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction in a game, the affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. 777cx's decision on malfunction-affected rounds is final.

9Responsible Gaming

777cx is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be entertaining and that no member should experience financial or personal harm as a result of using our platform. These Terms must be read alongside our full Responsible Gaming Policy.

• Deposit limits: All members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. These take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Members can set a maximum loss limit over any rolling period. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money bets or spins can be placed until the period resets.
• Session time limits: You can set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Any member can apply for self-exclusion from 777cx for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications. To request self-exclusion, contact support at support@777cx.run.
• Cooling-off periods: Shorter breaks of 24 hours to six weeks are also available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

10Privacy & Data

777cx collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 777cx, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect information including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment method details and transaction history for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, complying with anti-money laundering obligations, verifying your identity and communicating with you about your account and promotions.

777cx does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform. All data transfers are secured by SSL encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@777cx.run.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777cx and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of another person
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name
• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other members in poker or any other game to manipulate outcomes
• Attempting to launder money or deposit funds from proceeds of criminal activity
• Providing false identity documents or misleading information to pass verification
• Abusing bonus terms through arbitrage, multi-accounting or systematic exploitation
• Accessing or attempting to access other members' accounts
• Threatening, harassing or being abusive towards 777cx staff or other members

777cx monitors all accounts for patterns of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. If prohibited conduct is detected, 777cx may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Members found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right to any bonus, winnings or balance accrued during the period of misconduct.

12Suspension & Account Closure

777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity on the account
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised by a member
• A member's request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Detection of underage access or eligibility failure
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will not be refunded upon account closure regardless of reason.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support@777cx.run. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

13Limitation of Liability

777cx provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 777cx will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned maintenance in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cx's total liability to any member arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 777cx is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity or emotional distress arising from use of the platform.

777cx is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a member's own negligence in securing their account credentials, or as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failure or other circumstances outside 777cx's reasonable control.

14Amendments to Terms

777cx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and a notice will be displayed on the platform for a period of at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

For material changes that significantly affect member rights — such as changes to withdrawal terms, bonus wagering requirements or prohibited conduct definitions — 777cx will provide at least 30 days' advance notice where practically possible, either through the platform notification system or by email to the registered mobile number.

Continued use of 777cx following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any verified real-money balance.

All formal complaints are reviewed by a senior member of the 777cx team who was not involved in the original response.
